Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and win new clients within the light industrial and skilled trades
Open new markets and expand the company’s footprint
Lead sales conversations with decision-makers and close staffing solutions
Own pricing, margin conversations, and contract negotiations
Build a personal book of business with long-term earning potential
Work closely with the delivery team for a collective success
Qualification
Required
Proven hunter mentality with a track record of opening new business
2–5+ years of B2B sales experience
Strong prospecting, cold outreach, and closing skills
Competitive, money-motivated mindset
Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability
Preferred
staffing experience preferred, not required
Experience selling into industrial, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or similar environments is a plus
