Responsibilities

Lead and manage a profitable and compliant Loan Production Office
Originate and close residential mortgage loans
Recruit, coach, and develop Loan Officers and support staff
Build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners
Set sales goals and track performance against market conditions
Partner with marketing and business development teams to drive growth
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements

Required

10+ years of real estate lending experience
Proven mortgage production and/or sales team leadership experience
Strong sales, coaching, and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage/banking systems
Valid driver's license
