Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR/Benefits projects from initiation to delivery
Oversee implementations, upgrades, integrations, and data migrations for UKG, ADP, or Workday
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and status reporting
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and external vendors
Facilitate requirements sessions, stakeholder meetings, and UAT
Ensure compliance with HR, benefits, and data security standards
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Project Management experience in HR, Benefits, or HRIS environments
Strong knowledge of Life and Disability benefits
Hands-on experience with UKG, ADP, or Workday
Strong stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
