Responsibilities
Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff
Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed
Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner
Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files
Assist with the business office functions including administrative support
Qualification
