Responsibilities
Act as a primary escalation point for channel advisors, offering expert guidance
Deliver best-in-class support to employees and managers on complex HR cases
Contribute to the improvement of case management protocols and playbooks
Ensure consistent application of policies across all cases
Collaborate with COE/Shared Services to provide comprehensive support and maintain HR documentation
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment
Previous experience (5+ years) in human resources case management or a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
Emotional intelligence in handling sensitive situations
