Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain provider and roster data across multiple systems
Format provider data from various source files into a defined schema
Process provider add, change, and termination requests in a timely manner
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies
Maintain data integrity across systems
Support provider onboarding activities and readiness
Provide administrative support to provider relations, claims, and member services teams
Assist with data migration and conversion projects as needed
Respond to internal data related inquiries and requests
Follow and document standard processes to support consistency and scale
Collaborate closely with provider relations, claims, and member services teams
Participate in cross training and provide coverage as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in data entry, operations, healthcare administration, or a related role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Comfort working with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to manage high volume, repetitive work with consistency
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience working with provider data or healthcare operations
Familiarity with provider onboarding, roster management, or claims support
Experience working across multiple systems or databases
