Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned client roles, including intake calls, job posting development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring goals, and timelines, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process
Source and engage candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, assess qualifications, and present high-quality candidate recommendations to clients
Ensure all recruiting practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices
Serve as a primary point of contact for recruiting-related client requests and questions
Support broader HR consulting needs as assigned, which may include process setup, creation of recruiting tools and templates, and market research
Track recruiting activity, progress, and outcomes, and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams
Accurately track time and work performed for each assigned client
Identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities across recruiting engagements and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with other consultants and internal team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
Demonstrate a service excellence mindset in all interactions with candidates, clients, and colleagues
Maintain strict confidentiality of client and candidate information

Required

Minimum of 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a consulting or agency environment
Experience managing multiple recruiting projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong client service orientation and professional judgment
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
