Responsibilities
Own day-to-day management of Google Ads accounts, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and YouTube
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns
Manage budgets, pacing spend efficiently against performance goals
Conduct ongoing analysis to identify growth opportunities
Develop testing roadmaps (creative, bidding strategies, audience expansion, landing pages)
Create clear performance narratives and insights for internal stakeholders and clients
Stay ahead of platform updates and best practices, translating changes into actionable strategy
Qualification
Required
2-4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience Search, Performance Max, YouTube & Demand Gen
Proven ability to optimize toward business outcomes, not just platform metrics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and action
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without sacrificing quality
Preferred
Experience in financial services, B2B, CPG, or high-consideration purchases
Exposure to Microsoft Ads, Meta, Reddit, Tiktok or programmatic platforms
Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad copy, video, and landing page strategy
Familiarity with reporting tools (Looker Studio, Funnel.io)
