Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including case evaluation, drafting and filing motions, conducting legal research, attending hearings, taking depositions, and representing clients in trials
Collaboration with senior attorneys and legal teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Law, including personal injury legal procedures and California state laws
Experience with drafting, filing, and arguing Motions in court
Knowledge of courtroom procedures and experience working in Courts
Proven experience with Trials and Depositions
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California State Bar
