Senior Architect/Designer
Guerin Glass Architects is currently seeking a Senior Architect/Designer to join their team. The role involves leading projects, developing innovative design solutions, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring compliance with building codes and project objectives.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with and assist senior staff throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
Contribute to the project strategic direction and management of project teams to ensure project goals are met within budget and schedule constraints
Develop innovative design and technical solutions that align with client requirements, project objectives, and industry standards
Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure quality and accuracy
Mentor and coach intermediate, junior architects and designers in their professional development
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives
Present design proposals and updates to clients and stakeholders, soliciting feedback and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards
Conduct periodic site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality of workmanship
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management
Licensed Architect (RA) with a proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects a plus
Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, Minimum of 3 years working exclusively on Revit-based projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revue and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred
Experience in high-end residential, new construction towers, and/or resort/hospitality projects
Experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, and Enscape
Knowledge of sustainable design and green building standards
Architectural registration and LEED accreditation
