Responsibilities
Create and manage Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
Support contracts, SOWs, NDAs/CDAs, and related documentation
Track requests end-to-end and follow up on approvals
Resolve invoice mismatches and payment issues
Assist with new supplier onboarding and vendor setup
Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and SharePoint documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
Provide guidance and training to internal users on procurement processes
Act as a liaison between requestors, procurement, finance, legal, and suppliers
Qualification
Required
2–5 years experience in procurement, purchasing, contracts, vendor management, or operations
Hands-on experience with PRs, POs, invoices, and vendor coordination
Experience using enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or similar)
Strong Excel and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working on-site 5 days per week
Preferred
Healthcare, pharma, or life sciences experience
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) background
Vendor onboarding systems (e.g., ARAVO)
Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
