Responsibilities

Promote and sell MVNO mobile services, including prepaid/postpaid plans, data packages, roaming options, and devices
Identify and develop new customers through direct sales, channel partners, or enterprise accounts
Achieve individual and team sales targets (activations, ARPU, churn reduction)
Understand customer usage needs and recommend appropriate plans and value-added services
Assist customers with SIM activation, number port-in/port-out, and basic device setup
Address customer inquiries related to pricing, coverage, billing, and service features
Maintain ongoing relationships with key customers and channel partners
Follow up on renewals, upsell opportunities, and retention initiatives
Collect customer feedback and relay market insights to product and operations teams
Coordinate with operations, provisioning, and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of sales experience in telecom, MVNO, mobile services, or related industries with good track record
Strong understanding of mobile products (voice, data, roaming, SIMs, devices)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred

Experience working with MVNO platforms, carriers, or telecom distributors
Familiarity with number portability, activation flows, and mobile billing concepts
Existing network of wholesale, enterprise, retail, or channel partners
