Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist role involves supporting lead generation and relationship development while learning about the commercial construction industry from experienced leadership.

Responsibilities

Support lead generation efforts through LinkedIn, research, referrals, and industry outreach
Assist with outreach to prospective clients in retail, restaurant, medical, and commercial sectors
Help prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials with the operations team
Maintain CRM records, track opportunities, and support reporting to leadership
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Learn REZ's service lines, differentiators, and national delivery model

Required

1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or client-facing roles
