New Grad, Entry LevelCube Hub Inc. is seeking an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer to provide assembly ME support and basic troubleshooting for current operations. The role involves driving improvement projects, supporting new product implementations, and executing assembly process audits.

Responsibilities
Drive improvement projects positively impact Safety, Quality, Cost, and Efficiency with Natural Work Group and operator engagement
Support implementation of new products and manage ECN/CI change control for current production
Research, initiate, and execute safety and ergonomic improvement activities and projects
Rigorously execute assembly process audits
Lead the analysis, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technology
Qualification
Required
US Citizen or Permanent Resident only
Bachelor's degree in engineering /technology discipline or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Experience with manufacturing software Assembly Assist Tool, MPP (Manufacturing Process Planner)
Experience implementing changes in a production environment through negotiation and conflict resolution
Experience with SAP, PDM, CREO, Auto CAD
Experience with line design, DLBT, time study, line balance, and cost/pay structure
Capital project experience
