Responsibilities
Process and enter new and rescheduled scheduling requests (e.g., depositions, hearings, trials) into our internal system (SPOT)
Execute job settings within strict timelines to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Manage direct billing setups for insurance carriers
Handle Portal/Hopper requests accurately and efficiently
Review requests for missing information and proactively follow up with clients
Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies
Respond to internal inquiries and retrieve necessary records or files
Ensure compliance with data integrity and security protocols
Collaborate across departments and perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of relevant experience (data entry, administrative, legal preferred)
Strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or databases
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks
Preferred
Litigation support experience is a plus
