Track parts and jobs through the manufacturing process and routers
Follow work orders through machining, inspection, and completion
Identify bottlenecks and delays and work with the team to resolve them
Communicate job status updates to supervisors and management
Motivate and encourage shop floor personnel to meet deadlines
Build strong working relationships across departments
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work on the shop floor and engage with production teams
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable tracking multiple jobs simultaneously
Preferred
Manufacturing or production environment experience
Personality that is personable, understanding, and motivating
