Responsibilities
Manage and assist with entity management processes, including formations, dissolutions, regulatory filings, and recordkeeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all legal entities and oversee the entity management system to ensure data accuracy
Support onboarding of new entities and funds, including KYC processes and account openings
Draft, edit, and manage recurring vendor and confidentiality agreements
Provide operational and project management support to the Legal & Compliance team, including Compliance tracking and system updates
Partner directly with the Legal & Compliance team, including the GC and DGC, on special projects and initiatives
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of professional experience, ideally including 1–2 years in an asset management environment
Proven experience managing legal entities and familiarity with entity management software systems
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders
Highly organized and proactive, with a hands-on approach and strong project management capability
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
