Responsibilities
Support asset organization and content management
Assist in maintaining comprehensive media files and workflow databases
Learn video production, interactive media, and animation processes
Participate in content reviews and creative production meetings
Support schedule tracking for media production milestones
Engage with media production tools and content management systems
Supporting media production team communication flows
Assisting with vendor and content creator coordination
Participating in media production mentorship opportunities
Growing knowledge of media capabilities
Understanding media licensing and content rights basics
Supporting cost tracking for content creation and technology licensing
Learning media quality standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in Project Management, Film Production, Interactive Design, or related program
Strong organizational and creative communication abilities
Familiarity with video production, animation, and interactive media pipelines
Ability to balance multiple projects and to do lists at once
Passion for digital storytelling and interactive experiences
Interest in emerging media technologies and content innovation
