Responsibilities

Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
Greet visitors and provide professional front-desk support
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars
Prepare and edit documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Coordinate office supplies, vendor communications, and maintenance requests
Provide administrative support to management, including special projects
Take meeting minutes and distribute follow-up communications
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
High school diploma required
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience

Preferred

Experience with scheduling software and/or CRM systems
Basic bookkeeping or data-entry experience
Associate or bachelor's degree
