Responsibilities
Take ownership of junior and early-career requisitions, from requisition kickoff to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and timelines
Source candidates using internal networks, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other tools
Review applications, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate fit, motivation, and potential
Manage interview processes end to end, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, feedback collection, and candidate communication
Support offer letter creation and delivery
Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from first touch through onboarding
Serve as a Jobvite SME, supporting recruiters and hiring managers with system workflows, troubleshooting, and best practices
Maintain ATS templates, requisition setups, approval chains, workflows, and offer processes
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across candidate records and requisitions
Support reporting, audits, and other recruiting administrative tasks
Partner with TA leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer-facing, operations, HR, or internal support roles; exposure to recruiting is a plus but not required
A strong interest in full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition operations
Comfortable working with systems, processes, and data; high attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Curious, proactive, and open to feedback and continuous learning
Comfortable working in a global, collaborative environment
