Responsibilities
Initiate and reconcile all money movements (purchase, redemption and dividends) between the Transfer Agen accounts for GSAM and the corresponding custodian banks
Initiate all disbursement for the funds on behalf of the shareholder requests
Reconcile incoming payments with shareholder purchases orders and initiate funding to the custodian banks
Coordinate with the Client Service and Portfolio Management teams to ensure daily trading cut-offs for the funds are promptly met
Monitor and process fund estimates to ensure accurate portfolio and custodian reporting
Work closely with the Client Service team to resolve any shareholder requests regarding wires and trades settlement
Perform all functions under pressure of daily trading and processing deadlines
Complete audit of regulatory reporting which includes N-PORT, NFMP and financial statement confirmations
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree required
Excellent communication, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure, solve problems efficiently and multi-task in a deadline driven environment
Demonstrates accountability and sense of urgency in achieving results/completing tasks
Willingness to be a self-starter with excellent anticipation and strong analytical skills
Expert PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access
Preferred
3 years in the financial services industry, preferred mutual fund operations or accounting experience
Knowledgeable about the mutual fund industry
