Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve IT support requests through the helpdesk system
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
Install and configure computer equipment and software
Escalate complex issues as appropriate
Provide professional customer support in person, by phone, and email
Maintain equipment inventory and assist with supply tracking

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid South Carolina Driver's License
