Program Manager II, Hardware Development, Pixel

Responsibilities
Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type
Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including resource stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including near- and long-term objectives
Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively. Maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks including proactively managing dependencies
Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience in device manufacturing, process engineering or product design
Experience working with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners in a manufacturing environment
Preferred
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with manufacturing process development and transitioning new products through full product lifecycle
Experience with mechanical design tools such as Solidworks or NX
Experience assessing manufacturing processes through the use of process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), process monitors, capability analysis, root cause analysis and design of experiments
