Responsibilities
Provide support for complex technical issues and initiatives related to assigned applications, systems, databases, and/or other technical products and services
Use diagnostic and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot, and restore service or data to systems
Evaluate service level agreement criteria and identify gaps in current technology processes
Participate in migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations, and/or configurations
Write queries to extract data and validate data loads
Complete project sizing, update/write documentation and procedures, and assist with related training
Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues using general guidelines, templates, or direction from others
Participate in writing test scripts and maintain change or issue logs
Analyze performance trends and recommend process improvements
Qualification
Required
5 years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Strong working knowledge of Linux, Tomcat, and other middleware
Strong troubleshooting acumen
Understands quality, security, and compliance requirements for supported areas and reviews changes for risk to production systems
Participates in testing and updating the business continuation plan
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Preferred knowledge of ServiceNow, Splunk, Grafana, Excel, Power BI, and Python
