Assistant Manager Corporate Sales
Confidential is an internationally recognized global airline seeking a Corporate Sales Assistant Manager to drive corporate revenue growth across the U.S. market. This high-impact leadership role involves overseeing a remote, multi-city sales team and requires strong expertise in sales leadership and airline partnerships.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team
Own corporate sales performance, revenue targets, and pipeline growth
Support sales planning, budgeting, pricing strategies, and corporate contract negotiations
Analyze market trends and sales performance; present insights and results to senior leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of corporate sales experience
airline industry experience is a MUST
Proven success managing revenue, targets, and high-performing sales teams
Strong experience leading remote or geographically distributed teams
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Confident communicator with strong leadership presence and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Background in corporate travel, aviation, or airline partnerships strongly preferred
Bilingual Japanese (preferred) to support international collaboration
