Lead Lifecycle Manager

The Lead Lifecycle Manager is responsible for owning the full lifecycle of inbound and active leads, ensuring timely responses and optimizing lead performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
Own 100% of inbound and active leads across all customer touchpoints
Ensure timely lead intake, routing, assignment, and initial response in alignment with SLAs
Monitor rep follow up cadence and enforce process adherence through visibility, dashboards, and coaching loops
Maintain operational accountability from lead receipt through deal closing
Track and analyze lead performance across all lifecycle stages; identify friction and take action to remove it
Evaluate lead quality by source, channel, and campaign; provide actionable guidance to marketing and leadership
Strengthen lead scoring models, routing rules, and assignment logic to maximize conversion
Within the marketing team, improve lead quality, nurture strategy, and message alignment
Collaborate with Sales leadership to reinforce SLA expectations and ensure high quality handoffs
Partner with tech/data teams to refine CRM workflows, dashboards, automation, and reporting
Develop proactive strategies to revive stalled, aging, or unworked leads
Recommend and execute tactics that reduce sales cycle length and improve engagement
Support targeted nurture campaigns aligned to buyer intent signals
Ensure CRM accuracy, data integrity, and pipeline hygiene
Own automation and workflow improvements to streamline lead movement
Enhance reporting visibility so leadership and reps always know pipeline health, SLA performance, and funnel conversion metrics
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, lifecycle management, or a similar operational role within a high‑growth organization
Proven track record managing lead lifecycles, optimizing funnels, or overseeing inbound lead workflows at scale
Advanced CRM proficiency —experience owning processes, automation, reporting, and pipeline hygiene (Salesforce strongly preferred)
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to identify root‑cause issues in funnels, interpret performance indicators, and recommend data‑driven solutions
Demonstrated ability to enforce SLAs and operational standards, ensuring follow‑through and accountability across teams
Exceptional communication and cross‑functional leadership skills, with comfort influencing sales reps, managers, and executives
Process‑oriented mindset with the ability to build, document, and consistently improve workflows
High degree of ownership, with a bias toward action, proactive problem‑solving, and operational rigor
Preferred
Experience in financial services, lending, mortgage, or real estate industries
Familiarity with lead scoring models, routing logic, and performance diagnostics
Previous involvement in sales enablement, lead nurturing strategy, or marketing‑to‑sales handoff optimization
Experience working closely with data teams, including building dashboards or collaborating on automation logic
Background using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar
Experience in high‑velocity sales environments where follow‑up discipline and SLA adherence are critical
