Human Resources Manager
Your Behavioral Health is dedicated to providing accessible and exemplary behavioral health care across a comprehensive continuum of services. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while also developing HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations
Develop and implement HR policies
Foster a positive workplace culture
Support overall organizational goals through effective people management
Coordinate with management teams to address workforce development and employee engagement
Qualification
Required
Experience in onboarding and workforce planning
Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, and conflict resolution
Strong understanding of compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR policies
Proficiency in HR systems, administrative operations, and benefits administration
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
7+ years of HR management experience
Preferred
Previous experience in behavioral health or healthcare is preferred but not mandatory
