Translate policies and controls into processes that govern linkage operations
Own metrics and dashboards for linkage throughput and data quality
Drive continuous improvement using automation and AI workflows
Manage communications with staff, stakeholders, and research teams
Lead and support training for scientists and analysts
Plan and execute transitions for linked datasets and documentation
Qualification
Required
Doctor's degree in fields like biomedical sciences or health informatics
7+ years of experience in data management or informatics programs
Deep knowledge of federal data security standards
Broad technical background in networks, hardware, and cloud services
Experience in risk management and data security
Exceptional communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
