Responsibilities
Implement and manage complex cloud infrastructure projects using Terraform and Ansible for provisioning and configuration management of AWS resources (e.g., EC2, VPC, IAM, and managed services like RDS and Elasticache)
Execute the design, development, and implementation of robust automation using Python to manage, operate, and troubleshoot infrastructure and applications across critical platforms in AWS
Build, and optimize advanced CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to automate infrastructure deployment, continuous testing, and incident management workflows
Deliver solutions to enhance the availability, performance, and stability of critical distributed systems, translating complex architectural plans into scalable, automated deployments within the AWS cloud footprint
Leverage expertise in Python SDKs (Boto3) and IaC frameworks to integrate seamlessly with various AWS services deployment and management tasks
Implement cloud-based solutions strictly aligned with FedRAMP security and compliance standards
Provide clear, comprehensive documentation and conduct necessary knowledge transfer for all deployed automation scripts and IaC modules upon project completion
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen (documentation required)
FedRAMP Access: Must be able to satisfy requirements for accessing FedRAMP-authorized environments and secure data platforms
Deep, hands-on experience with Terraform (resource provisioning) and Ansible (configuration management)
Mandatory, extensive, hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Core Expert proficiency in Python for infrastructure scripting and API integration (e.g., Boto3)
Expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines, specifically with Jenkins
Practical experience automating operations for distributed data platforms (e.g., Kafka, Cassandra, RDS, Elasticache)
Proven ability to execute, deliver, and document complex technical projects autonomously
