Responsibilities
Manage the evaluation and implementation of new AI tools across the organization
Support internal AI products and ongoing AI initiatives
Drive AI fluency and adoption through programs, tools, and process improvements
Support strategic priority initiatives by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and consistent reporting
Identify root causes of operational and quality issues and implement improvement plans
Balance business needs with team capacity to ensure successful project delivery
Proactively gather feedback to improve program execution and team performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 to 8 years of experience in program management or related roles
Strong understanding of supported systems, processes, and how they align within IT organizations
Proven ability in root cause analysis and operational excellence practices
Strong ability to manage priorities and capacity across projects
Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
Preferred
Experience managing AI, machine learning, or SaaS implementation projects
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and workflows
Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
