Responsibilities
Inputs and maintains data in Cartus systems
Prepares and distributes reports each week /as needed
Open, review and distribute e-mails and router boxes for consultants
Process lump sum benefits
Qualification
Required
Current College Student in Year 3-4 (rising Juniors and Seniors)
1– 2 years' experience providing administrative assistance to work teams
Ability to read and interpret documents such as email requests and instructions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows based software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and provide timely responses to Consultants, Management, Clients, and Assignees
Preferred
International experience and language skills a plus but not required
Strong preference on location in EST/CST Timezone
