EPA certification and be willing to take calls after hours
A strong background in leading a maintenance team and overseeing the overall maintenance of the community
A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community
