Responsibilities

Build and maintain product backlog aligned with OKRs
Lead Agile practices: sprints, planning, execution, retrospectives
Translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable user stories
Partner with technology, data, and cross-functional teams for technical upgrades, integrations, and migrations
Deliver the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) while managing risks and quality
Empower the team to make decisions close to the work and foster accountability
Collaborate with vendors and partners to manage and enhance products
