Responsibilities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and risk profiles
Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and drive account growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactive communication
Lead the design and implementation of innovative resilience and risk management solutions tailored to client requirements
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop best-in-class methodologies and tools
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to inform solution development
Collaborate with Chubb and vendor catastrophe modeling teams to develop, support, and scale new climate change modeling capabilities for new engineering risk products
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget
Manage project teams, resources, and third-party vendors as required
Monitor project performance, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to clients and leadership
Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and client expectations
Support proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations
Contribute to marketing initiatives and thought leadership activities
Partner with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support proposal development
Contribute to the division’s sales strategy by identifying market needs and supporting go-to-market initiatives
Represent Chubb at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our resilience consulting capabilities
Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including white papers, presentations, and webinars
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across the team
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of managing complex projects and client accounts
Strong understanding of resilience, risk management, and business continuity principles
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and client focus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related field
Minimum 7 years' experience in project management, consulting, or resilience/risk management roles
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Science or related field
PMP or similar project management certification
