Responsibilities
Lead and execute month-end and year-end close with a strong focus on intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany supporting schedules, ensuring alignment across entities
Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations and variance analysis
Partner with internal accounting teams and external auditors to support audit requests, intercompany confirmations, and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline close, reconciliation, and consolidation workflows
Provide ad hoc accounting, consolidation, and reporting support as needed throughout the engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant exposure to month-end and year-end close activities
Experience with SAP ECC
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
Experience with Onestream
