Responsibilities
Producing and reviewing financial statements for multiple properties, each with unique reporting requirements
Monitoring cash activity and balances to ensure sufficient funds are available for expenses and funding needs
Managing journal entries, accruals, prepaid rent tracking, and income reconciliations
Completing bank and balance sheet reconciliations with attention to detail
Processing disbursements (wires/checks), creating invoices, and tracking intercompany transactions
Working closely with property management and clients to provide timely updates, reporting, and high-quality service
Taking on other accounting responsibilities and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of hands-on experience using Yardi for property accounting, including AP, AR, and other related functions
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Comfort with managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
