Responsibilities
Evaluate product and technical requirements; provide accurate effort estimates, identify risks, and propose implementation approaches
Design, implement, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant product functionality
Collaborate with Product Management to review designs, present prototypes, and iterate on solutions that balance customer value, technical quality, and delivery timelines
Take ownership of features or services across the full lifecycle, from design through deployment, monitoring, and support
Contribute to technical and functional innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement in architecture, tooling, and development practices
Perform thorough code and design reviews; provide clear, constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and consistency across the codebase
Ensure software meets established quality standards through testing, design reviews, and adherence to best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full stack Java experience (Java 8 or higher)
3+ years of experience with MVC, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems
Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
Experience with RESTful APIs
Proficiency with data modeling and database design, including strong SQL skills
Prior experience with Git, Tomcat, CI/CD, including Docker containers
Preferred
Experience with responsible usage of AI development tools within the development process
Bachelor's in Computer Science
