Senior Marketing Content Writer

Responsibilities

Partners with marketing leadership, ArchKey executive leadership, and business units to identify key messaging priorities and develop content strategies aligned with ArchKey Solutions’ brand objectives and market position
Creates high-quality written content for external communications, including press releases, case studies, social media content, website copy, and thought leadership pieces that resonate with targeted audiences
Develops and implements frameworks, tools, and processes to capture and promote project wins, technical expertise, and industry insights, ensuring consistent, strategic storytelling across all platforms
Maintains, refines, and evolves brand voice guidelines, editorial standards, and communication templates to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality in all external messaging
Builds and nurtures relationships with industry media, external vendors, and community influencers to amplify ArchKey’s visibility, credibility, and thought leadership
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve content development processes, digital delivery methods, and marketing materials to maximize efficiency, engagement, and impact
Consistently makes decisions in an attentive and safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others
Utilizes LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities
Promotes and models the Company mission, vision and values through exercising sound and ethical business practices, championing all elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and providing high quality services and programs as they relate to clients, subcontractors, co-workers, suppliers, and the public

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, marketing, organizational communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in business communications and/or marketing, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industries
Experience using SharePoint or similar internal communications platforms, along with proficiency in managing social media communications across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube
Demonstrated understanding of inclusion principles and the ability to effectively communicate organizational commitment and initiatives in this area
Strong experience in employee engagement strategies and supporting organizational change through thoughtful, well-executed communication plans
Proven ability to handle proprietary and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong business acumen with experience collaborating with senior leaders in a high-growth, process-driven environment; exceptional employee and client communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex challenges using critical and strategic thinking, with strong attention to detail, self-initiative, and sound judgment
Excellent listening, presentation, influencing, collaboration, and conflict management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels, as well as customers, subcontractors, vendors, and community stakeholders
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including superior grammar and editing abilities, with the capacity to clearly articulate ideas and build strong cross-functional relationships
