Outside sales representative (Air compressors industry)
SOSA BPO is seeking an experienced Compressed Air Sales Representative to manage and grow an assigned territory through consultative, technical sales. This role focuses on selling rotary screw air compressors and related compressed air equipment while developing strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive new business and aftermarket sales
Provide technical and engineering consultations to design complete compressed air systems
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through strategic territory planning
Coordinate with internal teams to support service, parts, and account management needs
Deliver product training and technical presentations to customers
Support regional and corporate sales initiatives and promote new product offerings
Maintain efficient territory coverage and maximize face-to-face selling time
Provide regular sales activity updates, forecasts, and market feedback to management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in compressed air, compressor, or industrial equipment sales
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain compressed air systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory
Preferred
Experience selling rotary screw compressors, dryers, or ancillary compressed air equipment
Industrial B2B sales experience with manufacturing or plant customers
