Responsibilities

Assist attorneys and practice groups in preparing and customizing pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients and new matters
Research prospective clients, market trends, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and support outreach initiatives
Coordinate planning and execution of client events, seminars, webinars, and sponsorships, including logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-up
Draft, edit, and distribute client alerts, newsletters, and announcements. Maintain client contact data and ensure timely, relevant communication
Provide administrative and strategic support to the business development team, including tracking leads, maintaining databases, and reporting on key metrics
Work closely with attorneys, marketing, and administrative staff to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and client service projects

Required

Bachelor's degree required; preference for degrees in business, marketing, communications, or related fields
1-3 years of experience working in a law firm or legal environment is mandatory
Strong understanding of legal services, terminology, and law firm operations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft client-facing content
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/database management tools
Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
Professional demeanor and commitment to client service excellence
Ability to work hybrid at our client's office in the Dallas area
