Responsibilities
Support core accounting operations, including AP, billing, payroll, job costing, and revenue recognition
Oversee job cost reporting, WIP schedules, and project margin accuracy
Assist with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and review of financial statements
Ensure adherence to GAAP, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance
Drive process and system improvements through cross-functional collaboration and mentorship of junior staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required
2+ years of management experience required
Preferred
Construction experience is a huge plus
