Senior Account Manager
LoKnow is an advertising-tech and data company that helps brands deliver their message to the right audience, in the right place, at the right time. The Senior Account Manager will manage key client relationships, provide high-quality customer service, and lead the adoption of LoKnow’s technology and product capabilities to drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
Manages and builds on existing key client relationships, addressing client needs in a timely and professional manner as one of the main points of contact
Provides high quality customer service to key clients to support a positive client experience
Establishes clear client retention goals
Leads the adoption and expansion of LoKnow’s proprietary technology and product capabilities across direct clients, agency partners, and strategic collaborators, ensuring solutions are operationalized effectively and drive measurable business impact
Meets independently with clients to discuss campaign strategies, present post- campaign reports to key clients, and address ongoing campaign updates
Supervises and supports a team in Client Success across multiple cities, including planning, monitoring, and appraising work quality and skill development
Works proactively with teams across the organization in the development, communication, and execution of client campaigns (objectives, budgets, scope, media, asset compiling and review, etc.) while remaining autonomous in moving tasks forward
Creates and identifies opportunities for efficiencies between key clients and LoKnow to improve the overall workflows and Client Success Process
Reflects on results and thinks strategically to recommend further products or services to achieve client goals, anticipating client needs in a timely, natural, and professional manner
Provides ongoing training and support to new and current team members to strengthen the overall knowledge of work processes, campaign strategies, and building client rapport
Collaborates in cross-departmental teams to create and implement systems, policies, and procedures as necessary
Works collaboratively with the Director – Solutions & Sales to review key client concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Develops and support projects for client digital advertising development and maturity
Represents LoKnow and grows our presence and reputation within the broader business community

Qualification
Required
Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communications or comparable industry experience where essential technical skills were learned and developed
2-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and client communication
Excellent project management and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability and enjoyment in learning and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment
Excellent time management, project management, interpersonal and strong presentation skills
Detail-oriented, organized, analytical with strong strategic-thinking skills
Ability to execute multiple competing tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
A keen interest in digital advertising, and the desire to learn and a willingness to keep up with industry tech and knowledge
The ability to think critically about abstract situations and fortitude to see a project from start to finish
