Responsibilities

Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Conduct recruitment efforts for all levels of staff; write and place job advertisements, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and extend job offers
Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Administer worker’s comp processes
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Support performance management processes including evaluations and goal setting
Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database as needed
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
Other duties may be assigned by Group HR Directors or GMs

Required

Bilingual in Spanish and English – required
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access
Evidence of the practice of high level of confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective oral and written communication skills

Preferred

2–4 years of HR experience preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Experience with UKG Pro/WFM a plus!
