Handling TROs and temporary injunction hearings (witness testimony; TRE/FRE familiarity)
Qualification
Required
8+ years of commercial litigation experience (non-insurance defense preferred)
Direct responsibility for key litigation tasks, including taking fact witness depositions (including use of exhibits)
Taking and/or defending expert witness depositions
Drafting and arguing motions for summary judgment
Drafting and arguing discovery motions, including motions to compel
Handling TROs and temporary injunction hearings (witness testimony; TRE/FRE familiarity)
Preferred
Argued cases on appeal (state or federal)
First-chair jury trial experience
Second-chair jury or bench trial experience
