Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver robust web and mobile applications and backend services
Provide architectural guidance and make key technical decisions
Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and stakeholders
Gather user feedback and continuously improve product experiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience building production-level software applications
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Deep experience with React, Redux, and modern testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, React Testing Library)
Strong Node.js experience with frameworks such as Express or Hapi.js
Experience building RESTful APIs
Experience designing scalable, maintainable software solutions
Strong knowledge of design patterns and performance optimization
Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL systems
Git/GitHub for version control
Strong Agile and Continuous Delivery experience
Strong testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels
Solid understanding of HTTP, web security, performance, and API testing
Preferred
React Native and/or Swift
Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)
MongoDB and Elasticsearch experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
