Responsibilities
Product strategy, roadmap sequencing, and prioritization across Anytime’s core platforms
Measurable improvement in activation, retention, monetization, and LTV
Pricing, packaging, and experimentation, with clear business impact
Product operating cadence, including planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment
Translation of company strategy and financial goals into product initiatives with defined metrics
Deep understanding of customer and operator workflows to reduce friction and strengthen engagement
Leadership and development of a globally distributed product team
Qualification
Required
Senior product leader with a track record of owning product strategy and outcomes in a SaaS or platform business
Experience in high-volume, low-AOV environments where onboarding, retention, and monetization discipline matter
Direct ownership of pricing, packaging, monetization, or growth initiatives with measurable results
Strong product judgment and comfort making consequential decisions with imperfect data
Deep understanding of product-led growth mechanics, including activation and engagement loops
Experience leading distributed or international product teams
Ability to establish clear operating standards, metrics, and experimentation practices
