Responsibilities

Serving as the primary Business Analyst for AI initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand their processes, challenges and objectives
Identifying and assessing opportunities where AI can deliver measurable business value
Translating business needs into practical, actionable solution concepts grounded in AI technologies
Collecting, documenting and refining requirements through user stories, process mapping and stakeholder interviews
Rapidly developing and iterating on proofs of concept using tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate and AI Foundry to validate solution viability and business impact
Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders and collaborating with business users to secure sign-off
Acting as the liaison between business stakeholders, the Modern Workplace Team and other cross-functional partners to ensure seamless project execution
Conveying requirements, facilitating knowledge transfer and supporting the team throughout the build process
Leading user acceptance testing, coordinating solution launch activities and partnering with Change Management to drive training and adoption
Monitoring project progress, resolving issues and ensuring that solutions meet agreed-upon business outcomes
Utilizing Azure DevOps for tracking, prioritization and transparency
Communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
Staying current on emerging AI trends and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field is required
7+ years of experience in a business or process analysis role with a focus on technology enablement, ideally within Financial Services
Demonstrated understanding of enterprise GenAI technologies including: GenAI Solutions: Experience with LLM-enabled applications (copilots, summarization, drafting and Q&A)
Automation & Integration: Workflow orchestration, API calls, human-in-the-loop approvals and content safety guardrails
Evaluation & Guardrails: Prompt testing, safe completions, role based access and data minimization
Model Adaptation: Ability to guide fine tuning of pretrained models for domain-specific terminology and workflows using curated datasets
Agentic patterns & assistants: Working knowledge of agent design (goal decomposition, tool use and human‑in‑the‑loop) and when to apply assistants for summarization, drafting, research and orchestration (e.g., Copilot Studio)
Prompt engineering & evaluation: Skilled at task framing, constraints, role instructions and iterative testing to drive reliable outputs
RAG & enterprise grounding: Understanding when and how to ground LLMs in firm content (indexing / metadata strategy and retrieval quality) to improve accuracy and reduce risk
PoC tooling literacy (not full build): Comfortable building proofs of concept that convey approach to business partners and tech frameworks to the development teams using tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate and AI Foundry
Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects at enterprise-scale across multiple stakeholder groups driving measurable business outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a view toward building and maintaining positive relationships between colleagues across technology and business teams
An expert understanding of the software development lifecycle, while working with hybrid teams including staff and third-party vendors
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories and use cases to support effective solution design and implementation
Proactive self-starter with a positive can-do and “no job too small” attitude
Motivated by a fast paced, growing and complex environment
