This role will assist in managing project schedules, coordinating with field crews and vendors, and ensuring projects stay organized and on track.

Responsibilities
Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously
Coordinate with field supervisors, electricians, vendors, and office staff
Help manage project documentation, schedules, and job files
Track project progress and assist with updates and reporting
Support procurement of materials and coordination of deliveries
Communicate job status, changes, and needs to internal teams
Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet company standards
Qualification
Required
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with basic computer programs (Excel, email, scheduling software)
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
