Senior LevelSprout is a global IT hardware retirement provider for hyperscaler and enterprise clients. They are seeking a Product Manager to define and maintain the GPU product catalog, manage inventory strategy, and translate client workloads into system configurations.

Responsibilities
Define and maintain Sprout’s GPU product catalog (training, inference, hybrid, and HPC configurations)
Own selling on customer solutioning calls — translate workload requirements into hardware builds and quotes
Partner with AI Server Engineer to validate configurations and ensure performance readiness
Manage inventory strategy — decide what stays in stock and what’s built to order, informed by market demand. Make decisions regarding “run rate” business vs “on demand” business as it relates to stock of both systems & parts
Communicate with Operations and Supply Chain to manage vendor allocations and availability
Track product-level performance: ASP, margin, sell-through velocity
Build internal configuration templates and documentation
Contribute to market intelligence — emerging GPUs, chipsets, and AI server trends
Work with OBS and OPS to define Tier 1 (Circle IT) selling to end users with NVIDIA limited warranty. In the same way help define Tier 2 (no Nvidia warranty) & Tier 3 (no warranty and cosmetics) Work with OBS & OPS to define below cutline GPU Systems, including the server & GPUs
Qualification
Required
Experience in product management or sales within the IT hardware or technology sector
Strong understanding of GPU systems and configurations
Ability to translate client workloads into system configurations and inventory strategy
Experience managing inventory strategy and making decisions regarding stock
Strong communication skills to collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain
Ability to track product-level performance metrics such as ASP, margin, and sell-through velocity
Experience in building internal configuration templates and documentation
Knowledge of emerging GPUs, chipsets, and AI server trends
Preferred
Experience working with hyperscalers, neoclouds, or AI innovators
Familiarity with Circular-as-a-Service (CaaS) strategies
Experience in sales quota-driven roles
