Responsibilities

Conduct research on securities, competitors, industry, and capital markets, including market multiples, comparable ratios, and credit spreads
Gather and document pertinent data obtained through client interaction
Build, modify and utilize financial models for discounted cash flow, guideline market multiple, market transaction and option valuations
Assist junior analysts and perform valuation analyses and use judgment to conclude fair value of relevant securities across a wide range of industries using relevant qualitative information gathered and through the application of proprietary quantitative valuation models
Begin to prepare and review reports to clients

Required

2 to 4 years' of constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Any coursework in valuation, financial statement analysis is a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Superior analytical capabilities are essential
Experience working with diverse teams
Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and handle dynamic, time-sensitive engagements in a team setting
Strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours around critical client due dates
Current authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

CFA or ASA designation or progress towards CFA or ASA designation is a plus
